Craft Brewers (USA)

These pages are an attempt to present the case for homebrewing the British way. There is no mention of the words carboy, iodopher or Charlie! (er, except here, damn!) There is a look at my own brewery (Ok, its my garage, but allow me my dream), impressions of some of the world's best (and worst!) bottled beers, a selection of books in 'The Brewers Book Store' and 'The Craft Brewing Association' archives. I have stayed away from writing yet another 'How To' guide to homebrewing, but I have put some excellent ones on the obligatory links page. There are also a few other bits and bobs, but just wander round and see what you can see.
Dave Pickett's Brew-it Yourself (UK)
