Pilsner Lager

The main characteristics of a Pilsner is very light straw/golden colour and hoppy. Hop bitterness is high. Hop aroma and flavour are moderate and quite obvious. It will be medium bodied, with a malty influence and a dry clean taste. Fruity esters and diacetyl should not be perceived. The head should be dense and rich.
